We want to make the GoBoat experience as easy as possible for you. Therefore, most of the administration of your trip is set up as self-service so you don't have to wait for us, e.g.:

  • All bookings and payments can be made online
  • You can rebook or get a voucher for the full amount until 24 hours before departure - just use the link in the booking confirmation email
  • Any questions you might have are most likely answered in our FAQ - check it for fast answers to your inquiries

Do you want to see where you can sail and what to see? Do you want to make a route before you sail? Here you can find the map of the water of our location. We have paper copies of the map in all boats as well.

Your event at GoBoat

Are you interested in GoBoat hosting your next private event? If you need 4 or more boats for an event, then please contact us on info@goboat.de. If you only need boats for an event with 1-3 boats you can rent them yourself here.
